Day 1
On arrival at Delhi airport / railway station, A Friends Travel Services representative will meet you displaying your name card & transfer to hotel. Upon arrival check into your hotel. Rest of the day is at your leisure..
Day 2
This morning after breakfast proceed to visit old Delhi. The Raj Ghat, Red fort & Jama Masjid. Afternoon proceed to visit the New Delhi. The Qutub Minar, tallest stone tower in India, imposing India Gate and the Rastrapathi Bhawan, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Lotus Temple and, newly built Akshardham temple are of much significance. By evening return to your hotel. Overnight in Delhi.
Day 3
This morning after breakfast proceed to Amritsar. Enroot you will drive through Punjab. Upon arrival check into your hotel. Rest of the evening is at your leisure. Overnight in Amritsar.
Day 4
This morning after breakfast proceed to First to Golden Temple in the morning. From there city tour of Jallianwala Bagh A historical monument that tells the sad story of mass killing during the independence movement in India, Here lies the memorial of the martyrs of the 1919 massacre by British General Dyer. From there you can visit Durgiana Mandir.By late afternoon proceeds to. By evening you will leave to visit India-Pakistan border, which is also known as Attari(India)-"Wagah" (Pakistan) border. A visit to the border is an interesting experience, especially at sun-set, when the retreat ceremony takes place with the Border Security Force (B.S.F.) on the Indian side and The Sutlej Rangers on the Pakistan side putting up a well co-ordinated and spectacular display which compares very favorably with the changing of royal guard in London. By late evening you will return to your hotel from there you can visit the golden temple in night or you can rest in the hotel.
Day 5
This morning after breakfast you will be transferred to Dharamshala. On arrival check into your hotel. rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Dharamshala.
Day 6
This morning after breakfast visit Dharamshala city tour. Originally home of the semi-nomadic Gaddi tribe, McLeod Ganj is today the residence of His Holiness, the Dalai Lama. This mid 19th century place was developed as a British Garrison. The place was developed as an important administrative point for the whole Kangra valley. Today the place has developed as headquarters of the exiled Tibetan Government. The impressive monastery has larger than life size images of Buddha, Padmasambhava and Avaloketeshwara. In the evening return to hotel. Overnight in Dharamshala.
Day 7
This morning after breakfast you will drive to Manali. Enroute you will visit the famous for its apple orchards, snowy peaks and pretty slate house. Upon arrival check into your hotel. Rest of the day is free at your leisure. Overnight in Manali.
Day 8
This morning after breakfast you visit the Solang Valley and the not to be missed Rohtang Pass, at an altitude of 3978 meters (subject to weather conditions). This after noon you will visit Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, The Nagar Castle-it is one of the places, most tourists visit during their stay in Manali. There is pleasure in every step. By evening return to hotel. Overnight in Manali.
Day 9
This morning after breakfast proceed to Shimla a charming hill station, surrounded by green pastures and snow capped mountains. Enroot you will visit Kullu to explore this beautiful valley with treasures of nature that lie carelessly scattered as flowers on the high meadows. Upon arrival check into your hotel. After freshen up you will visit the temple of Lord Hanuman and enjoy some panoramic views of Shimla you also visit the Vice regal Lodge, which once served as the seat of power and take a stroll down the Mall Road. By evening return to hotel. Overnight in Shimla.
Day 10
This morning after breakfast proceed to visit the winter sports capital Kufri, where you can photograph yourself in hired Pahari or Himachal outfits, enjoy horse riding or yak riding (on own). Later proceed to Naldhera, which is famous for its golf course and scenic beauty. Later in the evening visit to Mall Road of Shimla, where you stroll around for street shopping & enjoy local cuisines. Overnight in Shimla.
Day 11
Today you will be transferred to Delhi Airport/ Railway Station for onwards Journey.
